Regardless of the size or nature of your business, the single most important component in your mobile strategy formula is momentum.  To get a bit technical, momentum in the classical sense is the product of mass and velocity.  To put it in more practical or relevant terms, your mobile strategy begins with "stuff in motion".

What about all the planning?  What about the focus groups?  Where's the ROI?  Phooey!

You can get your AAA Triptik.  You can use Google Maps.  You can ask a friend for directions.  But until you start the car, pull out of the spot, and merge onto the highway, all the planning in the world will not have prepared you for that moment when half an exit ahead of you, a bread truck collides with a mayonnaise truck and you're trapped for eighty-five minutes in a calamity of complex carbohydrate proportions.
